Key Responsibilities:
1. Document Management
Organize, maintain, and update both physical and digital files in a systematic manner.
Ensure all company records and documents comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Control document versions and filing systems, ensuring quick retrieval when needed.
Coordinate document flows between departments and external parties.
2. Currency Calculation and Administrative Finance Support
Assist with daily administrative financial tasks including multi-currency conversions and tracking.
Handle basic invoicing, petty cash reimbursements, and expense reports.
Verify and validate currency rates for financial operations and reports.
Ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting involving financial transactions.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting
Collect, clean, and analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and insights.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
Collaborate with relevant teams to improve data collection processes and reporting accuracy.
Use tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or other BI tools to automate and streamline reports.
