Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ADS Optimization Specialist to join our ecommerce team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with a strong interest in digital advertising across platforms such as CPAS, Lazada Ads, Shopee Ads, and TikTok Ads. The ADS Optimization Specialist will be responsible for daily monitoring, planning, analyzing, and optimizing ad performance to drive sales and traffic for our online business.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize daily ad campaigns across CPAS, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
- Monitor campaign performance in real time and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support in ad planning, budget allocation, and performance forecasting.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for better ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on ad performance and optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with internal marketing, sales, and ecommerce teams to align ad activities with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest ecommerce advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
- Flexible working mindset to monitor and optimize ads beyond standard working hours (not limited to 9:00 – 18:00).
