JOB SUMMARY:-To assist in managing and controlling training & development systems (HRD), Further Training to maintain and improve the effectiveness of HR & Administration systems.
-Expectations: To support learning in the organization especially related to our core competency and other business aspects in order to be attractive to outside parties, who are highly qualified and would like to work with us. To work in a professional manner at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide effective Training and Education, conduct proper training programs for employees, effectively follow-up with the participants to attend the program including co-operating with internal instructors, and external instructors/ parties etc.
- Ensure special training programs are well performed with specific procedures and / or at least standard requirements.
- Contacting well-recognized training institutes to develop essential training programs for employees both internally and externally in order to increase their competency levels.
- Coordinate with various external training institutes to get updates about training programs, registration, etc.
- Organize training programs for all employees and their implementation, focusing on a performance-based approach.
- Deliver classroom training to all levels of employees and prepare classrooms, visual aids, and the facilitation of the classroom.
- Follow up activities to meet with the target time line by working with all concerned parties, such as institutes, teachers from those institutes, concerned departments and attendees, to make sure all activities are inline and achieve the established targets.
- Make sure all training records are kept and maintained in the HR system.
