Responsibilities:
1. Continuous Improvement:
-Develop and improve work processes using Lean, Six Sigma and systemic problem analysis tools.
-Develop a roadmap to improve the organization's processes and results in a sustainable manner.
-Analyze data to identify areas where improvements can be made and add value.
2. Organizational Transformation:
-Support the implementation of the Transformation Strategy
-Establish cooperation with all parties to ensure a smooth transition.
-Manage and support projects related to process changes.
3. Training and Coaching:
-Transfer knowledge and skills in Continuous Improvement to the team.
-Promote a culture of continuous improvement in the organization.
4. Performance Monitoring:
-Track the results and report on the progress of the improvement project.
-Suggest further improvements to increase efficiency.
