- Manage and expand customer base within the automotive industry.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable engineering solutions or products.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Quality departments to support new customer projects.
- Prepare quotations, track approval processes, and negotiate technical and commercial terms.
- Monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction, providing feedback and improvement proposals.
- Support marketing activities such as trade shows, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare sales reports, customer activity updates, and market trend analyses for management review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related fields).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or project coordination within the automotive industry.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English (TOEIC score 650 or above).
- Solid understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, components, or engineering systems.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CAD or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Possess a valid driving license and able to travel domestically to visit customers.
