1. Managing day-to-day Information System operation; all technical aspects, Infrastructure, Network, Server, Backup & Security, Hardware, Software, and user support.
2. Oversee all operational services for corporate system.
3. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and other network and system problems.
4. Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications.
5. Control and supervise the operation to be in accordance with the management standard system.
6. Collaborate with vendors to implement and maintain IT infrastructure.
