- Follow project conditions and processes from kickoff to 1st production dispatch.
- Filling sourcing requirement to the BOM Manager and being the technical support during the RFQ process with purchase team.
- Ensure on time delivery of raw material and components for the prototype and production orders with purchase team.
- Create the draft of the working instruction.
- Validate process time and lead process validation with production.
- Checking material compliance with REACH/ROSH regulation carrying out test when required.
- Support the team (Draftsman, Project manager) when required with other task not listed above to support product development process.
- Work closely with the sourcing team to support them technically in the sourcing process of material and sample parts.
- Research new materials, supplier and technical innovation to back up support sourcing for new development issues.
- Holder of a diploma/bachelor in General Engineering, Quality, Science of Materials.
- Minimum 5 years experiences in a similar function within an industry.
- Skill of document and technical control.
- Collaborative of each team college.
- Responsible, Proactive, Creativity, Positive thinking and Challenging.
- Be able to manage and resolve situation.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- Able to work on every other Saturday.
