1. To support the CRM, Customer Service, and Operation Team in all aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure that the day-to-day business results are achieved.
2. To ensure all material of requisition for POS with regular and discount items/orders are fulfilled on a regular basis.
3. To conduct pre and post live user acceptance tests (UAT) for new campaigns/journeys in marketing field.
4. Testing new campaign features in POS and fee systems.
5. To support optimization of campaign operation processes and improve marketing process.
6. Observational skills to recognize warning signs that indicate potential problems.
7. Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
8. Work on CRM implementation projects with IT / External Implementation Partner / Data Team
9. Can be assist, support, and provide backup coverage for team members.
10. Time management skills to provide updates and fixes within a promised time frame.
