-Bachelor's degree or higher in Chinese Language, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken, written, and listening Chinese (equivalent to HSK Level 5 or above).
- Good command of Thai and/or English to communicate effectively.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably within the beauty or hospital/surgical clinic industry. Experience specifically with Chinese clients is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge and understanding of beauty and surgical procedures.
- Understanding of Chinese culture, needs, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and office software.
- Existing network of Chinese clients or knowledge of popular social media platforms among Chinese clients is a plus.
