
Roles:
1. Coordinate with internal and external departments to support the activities of the Department.
2. Assist Secretary of Group Director for all business requirements on a daily basis.
3. Prepare all paper works as assigned.
4. Book and coordinate internal and external meetings.
5. Maintain and organize files, work areas, and office asset/equipment.
6. Perform all other related duties as necessary when required.
Specifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in related field.
2. Resourceful and well organized.
3. Good command in English.
4. Minimum 1-2 year of experiences in admin or fresh graduates.
