Production Supervisor (Refrigerator Production)

1. Plan and monitor daily production activities to achieve output targets and meet quality standards.

2. Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production problems and quality issues.

3. Create, review, and maintain work instructions and process control documentation.

4. Summarize and issue daily production reports for performance tracking and improvement.

5. Manage and improve tools, machines, and equipment used on the production line to ensure optimal performance.

6. Implement and maintain 5S activities to promote productivity, safety, and workplace efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in a control production line especially the production of refrigerator is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and problem-solving techniques.

• Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and production tools.

• Good computer in MS Office and CAD software.
