• Age 27-37, Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Political Science
• 5 years up of experience in Human resource Information system
• (HRM/HRD/HRIS environment in a technical)
• Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions, processes and experience with database tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, and Microsoft Access)
• Must have strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated understanding of HR technology and tools
• Java skill

• English: Business Level

Working Hour:: 7.50-17:10 (Monday – Friday)
