Responsibilities:
1. Plan, design, and manage the organization’s ERP system (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent) in alignment with business processes.
2. Analyze business requirements and coordinate with departments to improve workflows through ERP solutions.
3. Lead ERP projects from initiation to implementation and post go-live optimization.
4. Establish ERP policies, standards, and governance frameworks, including user access management and data integrity.
5. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues while planning continuous improvements and upgrades.
6. Collaborate with IT teams, external vendors, and end-users to ensure smooth and secure ERP operations.
7. Lead, train, and mentor users to maximize ERP utilization and efficiency.
