- Research and track global LNG advancements to initiate innovative projects, such as cryogenic energy utilization, driving the company’s technological growth.
- Centralize and manage technical knowledge bases across operations, maintenance, and engineering standards to ensure organizational excellence.
- Develop and source new technologies, systems, and materials to improve production efficiency and create commercial value for the company’s products.
- Provide expert technical support for troubleshooting and lead the modification or upgrading of machinery and equipment to maximize performance.
- Continuously monitor production processes to predict engineering trends, mitigate risks, and ensure the highest system efficiency.
- Ensure all operations strictly align with international standards and corporate policies, including ISO, PSM, and SSHE regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Engineering (Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering), Technology and Innovation Management or closely related field.
- Strong basic R&D skills in Chemical, Materials, Energy, Petroleum, or Petrochemical engineering.
- Knowledge of Feasibility Studies, Pilot Project Design, and Commercialization Processes.
- Understanding of Innovation Management and fundamental knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP/Patent).
- Proficient in data analysis, design of experiments (Analytical & Experimental Skills), and engineering software like Aspen, MATLAB, or Power BI (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability in Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking, and Creativity to drive innovation.
- Flexible, adaptable, and excellent at coordination and teamwork.
- TOEIC score > 650
