- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven experience in sourcing and procuring spare parts for production machinery.
- Experience in managing and engaging contractors for maintenance and repair services.
- Basic English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for procurement.
