1. Lead initial project cost estimation, feasibility assessment, technical communication, process planning and review; produce project planning documents.
1. 主导项目前期成本报价及可行性评估、技术交流、工艺策划及评审；输出项目策划文件。
2. Lead new project development schedule management and product trial production.
2. 主导新项目开发进度管理及产品试生产。
3. Develop trial production plans during the new project development process and be responsible for driving their execution.
3. 制作新项目开发过程试制计划，并负责推进。
4. Be responsible for planning the transfer, acceptance, and utilization of new project equipment, molds, and tooling.
4. 负责规划新项目设备、模具、工装移转验收及使用。
5. Conduct regular project phase review meetings to evaluate trial production progress; communicate and report high-risk items to management and functional department managers to research solutions and ensure plan achievement.
5. 定期召开项目阶段评审会议，检讨试生产进度；就高风险项和管理层及职能部门经理沟通与汇报，研究解决方案，确保按计划达成。
6. Lead the identification and follow-up of issue lists during project execution; coordinate cross-functional team members to complete tasks within defined timelines to ensure the project proceeds smoothly according to schedule.
6. 主导项目执行过程中的问题清单的梳理和跟进；协调跨部门小组成员在规定的时间内完成，保证项目按时间节点顺利实施。
7. After project transfer to mass production, mobilize plant resources to ensure a smooth transition to volume production.
7. 新项目移转后，拉动工厂资源确保项目顺利量产。
1、Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
2、Minimum 3 years of experience in product development/project management within the automotive components industry. 3、Familiarity with automotive component project development processes and knowledge of processes like stamping, injection molding, etc., is required.
4、Good command in Chinese (English and Thai will be advantage)
5、Ability to manage multiple start-up projects.
