Manage the sales planning to achieve sales plan, product mix and profit objectives.
Coordinate with both internal and external teams to ensure successful execution of marketing plan on new product launch, promotion program, in-store execution to deliver profit/volume plan, market share goals and meet customer objectives.
Develop and manage the trading term for negotiation with customer.
Collaborate within Coca-Cola system and with customers Top-toto conduct business review, annual Joint Business Plan.
Strengthen good relationship with customer. Provide them business with strategy, goals, and plans of the department including sharing market information and coordinating in solving business and product problems.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, General Management or other related fields (with work experience)
Have at least 5 years of experience working in Key Account or in the sales of consumer goods.
Leadership, good interpersonal skills, communication skills and negotiation skills.
