• Manages a team of 3-7 team members.
• Manage the team's daily operations to ensure that the process of verify the organization's authentication and maintenance Global IDs of customer and supplier aligned to Corporate Policies.
• Organize and assign job responsibilities to team members. Ensure the assigned tasks correctly performs within timely manner. Work on corrective actions when required.
• Monitor data quality to ensure that information maintained in company's database system is accurate and up to date. Company's compliance and regulatory expectations are met within the service delivery scope.
• Identify and resolve the potential problems, resolve countries’ escalated issues in efficient ways and timely manner.
• Support and provide internal cross training on data management, knowledge sharing for team members and new joiners.
• Drive and lead internal weekly team meetings.
• Coordinate with BPO teams in different locations to ensure the whole work procedures aligned and up to date.
• Provide summary and assessment reports related to daily/ weekly/ monthly/ annually operations and share with Senior leader.
• Other duties as assigned.
