- ติดต่อ และประสานงานกับ Company Secretary ของบริษัท เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานด้านเลขานุการบริษัท สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานและร่วมดำเนินการกับ Company Secretary ของบริษัท เพื่อจัดเตรียมวาระ เอกสารนำเสนอคณะกรรมการบริษัท และที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้น สำหรับวาระที่กำหนดให้ต้องดำเนินการตามกฎหมาย รวมถึงจัดเตรียมข้อมูล เอกสาร แบบฟอร์ม หรือรายงานการประชุมที่ต้องใช้ในการจดทะเบียน หรือนำส่งต่อหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลตามกฎหมาย (หากต้องดำเนินการ)
- จัดทำร่างรายงานการประชุมต่าง ๆ ของบริษัท รวมถึงการประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัท และการประชุมผู้ถือหุ้น
- จัดทำสรุปค่าเบี้ยประชุม และค่าตอบแทนกรรมการ
- ประสานงานกับ Company Secretary ของบริษัทเกี่ยวกับการนำส่งงบการเงินในรูปแบบ XBRL ให้แก่ Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงาน เพื่อจัดทำกฎระเบียบภายในของบริษัทให้สอดคล้องกับแนวนโยบายการกำกับดูแลของบริษัทในเครือ
- ปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานด้านเลขานุการบริษัท และงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Laws.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Company Secretary (new graduate are welcome)
- Good communication, collaboration and management skill.
- TOEIC score of 550 or above.
