Project Portfolio Management
- Project portfolio planning which includes summarizing and prioritizing projects based on strategic objectives, resource availability, and risk factors
- Develop and implement effective project management frameworks, tools, processes, and templates across the organization to ensure that projects are executed successfully and aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Regularly track and evaluate project progress, resource utilization, and outcomes for key initiatives performance, identify risks, and propose corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports, performance dashboards, KPIs, such as budget, schedule, scope, and quality, and providing prior feedback to project managers and stakeholders, and regularly updates to the CEO and senior leadership.
Strategic Initiative Execution
- Take ownership of specific projects assigned by the CEO, from planning to execution.
- Conduct in-depth research, feasibility studies, and stakeholder consultations to inform project direction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources, timelines, and deliverables.
Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies within existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and project outcomes.
- Implement tools and methodologies that streamline project management and reporting.
Guide and Coach Project Managers and Stakeholders:
- Provide project management training, advice, mentor for PM
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and various teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.
Documentation and Knowledge Management:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, charters, and post-implementation reviews.
- Ensure knowledge sharing and retention through proper archiving of key project materials.
