Grow volume and revenue by developing existing accounts/opening new accounts.
Select, Training & coach the frontline sales team and manage Distributors to deliver business objective.

Ensure Distributor P&L met PepsiCo requirement by implement action plan base on key identified assignment
• At least 3 years of experience in TT field sales with Distributor Management Background
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Be able to lead team and coaching
• Have sense of entrepreneurship
• Result oriented
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Be able to manage change
• Basic Computer skill i.e. MS office
• Mobility to work in upcountry
