หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Responsible for operation management of the category of condos, housing, and office buildings.
To supervise the performance of employees in Building Management, Village Management and Office Building Division.
Establish rules and regulations in Operation Management.
To audit the operation report of the Operation Manager. According to the appropriate frequency allocation not less than once a week.
Advising and/or solving problems in Buildings, Village that Operation Manager. cannot make decisions or fix on their own.
To contact and coordinate with the juristic person of the condominium/housing estate.
Coordinate with external agencies.
To attend Annual General Meeting every juristic person managed to clarify the management results.
Service provision, propose for Building Management.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s degree or higher in management, law or related field.
Having experience as an Operation manager for more than 3 years.
Having experience in Property management (Condominium, village and office building) would be an advantage.
Fluent in English. (Writing and speaking)
Strong knowledge of the Thai Condominium Act .
Good manner and personality.
Positive thinking.
Service Mind.
