• Manage the Engineering team.
• Create a strategy for the engineering department.
• Supervise the Engineer or Senior Technician at the building.
• Join committees and AGM to present the engineering process when required.
• Prepare and control the operating budget for equipment and machinery.
• Prepare a preventive maintenance plan and perform the preventative maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Keep records of and ask for approval for the purchase of machinery, tools and equipment.
• Supervise and liaise with contractors about the engineering part.
• Prepare the annual budget for electricity, machinery and utility expenses.
• Arrange training and provide instructions for Senior Technicians and Technicians.
• Join with Head office in the handover of the new building.
• Set up emergency procedures for fire, flood, power failure, water supply failure, etc.
• Liaise with government authorities or any other relevant organization regarding the engineering systems.
• Handle complaints and special requirements from co-owners and tenants about the engineering part.
• Be responsible for the security of all tools and equipment related to engineering work in order to ensure they are ready for use.
• Responsible for the system manuals, documents concerning engineering works and other documents related to the building systems
• Other assignment works.
