คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน

ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า

25,000 - 30,000 บาท/เดือน

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

study tender documentation such as instruction to bidder, project requirement, specification and drawings and prepare query list if any discrepancies, error or insufficient information.
applied additional design requirement for any uncleared specification to complete estimation drawing.
making VECD estimation drawing for easy understanding.
collaborate with TSMZ designer to collect necessary design information for estimation confirmation.
take off quantities, and ensure that the specification and quantity are correct as per the provided drawings.
prepare the bill of quantities and pricing

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or other relevant field
• At least 5 years experience in QS
• Has computer skills, including MS Project, MS Office (Especially MS Excel), Auto Cad, Navis, Revit
• Good communication in English
• Capable of working in construction in the suburban area
• Capable of working under pressure and able to coordinate with colleagues
