- Check the quantity of structural work and finishing work
- Check the quantity of work and material specification to submit a purchase order to the subcontractor
- Summarize, negotiate, and compare prices of each supplier
- Prepare BOQ, budget, and payment and present project monthly progress
- Control quantity of purchasing material and procurement schedule
- Follow up progress of construction to be matched with subcontractor payment
- Take off quantity and estimate price and prepare VO document
- Coordinate between the QS team and client for the preparation of payment
- Remeasurement of the quantity of work
- Prepare document for PO issue ( Drawing, specification, schedule, price comparison, etc.)

• Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or other relevant field
• At least 7 years experience in QS
• Has computer skills, including MS Project, MS Office (Especially MS Excel), Auto Cad
• Good communication in English
• Capable of working in construction in the suburban area
• Capable of working under pressure and able to coordinate with colleagues
