Located in Phan Thong, Chonburi, Our Finance Department is responsible for managing the company’s financial resources (budgeting, forecasting, and investment strategies), as well as the recording, reporting, and analysis of financial transactions.
What You'll Do:
The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the company and supporting strategic decision-making. This role involves analyzing financial data to make informed decisions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance, effectively communicating financial information to non-financial stakeholders, and leading and motivating the finance team to achieve financial goals.
• Build and lead a strong Finance Team.
• Manage accounting and finance transactions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Payroll, Fixed Assets, Costing, Tax, and Import & Export.
• Provide accurate, user-friendly, and timely financial reports.
• Ensure the timely execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Oversee insurance matters.
• Facilitate legal issues, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and local standards and laws.
• Continuously review and improve financial processes.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP systems, providing training to relevant stakeholders.
