Research, shortlist, and manage KOL/KOC lists that align with the product's target audience across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Coordinate and negotiate compensation packages (cash/product samples/coupons) in line with budget allocations
Brief KOLs/KOCs on campaign objectives, product messaging, and brand-aligned content guidelines
Monitor content posting, ensure content quality, and collect published links for campaign tracking
Summarize campaign results including engagement, reach, review volume, and impact on sales
Maintain strong relationships with KOLs/KOCs for potential long-term collaboration
Age 22-35 years old
Bachelor's degree
-Minimum 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing, PR, or Social Media
-Strong understanding of how to select KOLs/KOCs that match the product type and target audience
-Skilled in negotiation, budget management, and multitasking
-Highly responsible, organized, and systematic in work execution
-Able to standby and respond to messages outside working hours and on weekends
-Eager to learn, with the ability to make decisions independently
-Problem-solving mindset and able to perform well under pressure
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (basic level)
-Experience in influencer sourcing and willingness to work overtime is a plus
