1. Supply Chain Process Analysis and Optimization
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Develop and document current and future process flowcharts using appropriate tools.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of supply chain issues.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies to improve supply chain efficiency.
2. Inventory Management and Logistics Improvement
- Analyze inventory levels and develop strategies to optimize holding costs while ensuring product availability.
- Assess and improve logistics processes, including transportation routing, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities to implement automation and new technologies to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Work to reduce lead times and improve delivery performance.
3. Supplier Relationship Management and Procurement Optimization
- Analyze supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement in supplier relationships.
- Evaluate and enhance procurement processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Support collaboration and communication with suppliers to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze and improve the flow of information between suppliers and the company.
4. Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance and measure improvement impacts.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
5. Project Management and Implementation
- Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams to implement supply chain improvement initiatives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or related areas
- Good understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Proficient in data analysis using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies is a plus
- Strong skills in project coordination, reporting, and cross-functional teamwork
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong problem-solving mindset
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and commitment to organizational success
- Positive attitude and potential for future leadership
