We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and sales strategies focused on the B2B SaaS sector. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue growth through strategic marketing campaigns and high-impact sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B SaaS marketing strategy focused on lead generation and brand visibility.
- Plan and implement demand generation campaigns across multiple channels such as email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities and continuously refine strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and credibility.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with key customers by deeply understanding their needs and market dynamics.
- Establish long-term agreements and collaborative understandings with strategic clients.
- Set and monitor goals that align with customer needs and organizational growth strategies.
- Proactively manage customer relationships, addressing challenges and resolving conflicts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and lead a customer acquisition strategy targeting SMEs within the financial and SaaS industries.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Identify and convert prospects into long-term paying customers through consultative and value-driven sales approaches.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to build long-term client partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to enhance onboarding, reduce churn, and maximize upsell opportunities.
- Anticipate industry trends and align sales strategy accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Supervise and support marketing and sales teams to deliver outstanding service to key clients.
- Explore and seize new business development opportunities to grow key accounts and expand into new markets.
Team Collaboration & Reporting
- Partner with Product and Development teams to incorporate customer feedback into product enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to build accurate sales forecasts and set realistic revenue goals.
- Monitor and report on key KPIs and the performance of campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage and optimize budgets for all marketing and sales activities to ensure ROI.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with both internal teams and external clients.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
