Senior Frontend Developer

Develop and Implement User Interfaces:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes and mockups into high-quality code, ensuring technical feasibility and optimal user experience.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to refine designs and implement intuitive user flows.

Code Quality and Best Practices:

• Write clean, well-documented, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and company coding standards.
• Implement robust unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and stability of frontend components.
• Conduct code reviews for peers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Implement security best practices in frontend development to protect sensitive financial data and prevent vulnerabilities (e.g., XSS, CSRF).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and apply them to development processes.

• Work closely with backend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate frontend components with API services and deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to technical discussions.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Debug and resolve complex frontend issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Research and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development processes and enhance product capabilities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development practices and technology stack.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on front-end technologies.
• Proven experience with Next.js and other JavaScript frameworks such as React.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and experience in deploying applications in cloud environments.
• A strong understanding of web service technologies (e.g., RESTful APIs, GraphQL) and modern development practices.
• Demonstrated knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies is an advantage.
• A solid understanding of financial technologies and the ability to apply them in the development of business applications is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to debug and optimize applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring a high level of code quality and user experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
