We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented System Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing organizational IT and data needs, designing effective technology solutions, and ensuring efficient resource allocation and system optimization. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define infrastructure, and drive continuous improvement in system performance and communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Organizational Needs: Identify and assess current and future IT, data management, and communication requirements to support business operations and strategic goals.
- Define IT Infrastructure: Determine hardware, software, network, and personnel requirements to meet organizational IT and data management needs effectively.
- Develop and Implement IT Solutions: Design, architect, and document IT systems and implement solutions that address user needs and business objectives.
- Gather and Analyze User Requirements: Work closely with users to understand requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Data Management: Develop and enforce data management strategies and procedures for collecting, storing, organizing, protecting, and retrieving data.
- Communication Systems Design: Establish efficient internal and external communication systems using tools such as email, messaging platforms, collaboration tools, and video conferencing.
- Resource Allocation Optimization: Plan and manage IT resources (budget, personnel, and equipment) to maximize operational efficiency and align with organizational priorities.
- IT Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate system performance and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous system optimization.
