Department: Product Development
Report To: Senior Full Stack Developer, Technical Lead, Product Team Lead
Job Responsibility:
Web Application &ERP Development & Learning
• Develop and maintain web applications under guidance.
• Learn and apply NestJS for backend development.
• Assist in frontend development tasks using Angular/Next.js.
• Explore and contribute to Odoo development.
Code Quality & Best Practices
• Write clean, maintainable TypeScript and Python code following team best practices.
• Engage in code reviews to improve coding skills and best practices.
Testing, Debugging & Documentation
• Support testing and debugging efforts.
• Document code, development workflows (e.g. sequence diagram, API specification), and technical processes.
Agile & Development Process Participation
• Participate in Agile workflows, including Stand-up Meetings, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Estimation, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives to ensure smooth development cycles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 0-3 years of experience in software development
• Willingness to learn Odoo development
• Basic understanding of TypeScript and modern JavaScript
• Basic knowledge of Angular or Next.js
• Familiarity with NestJS concepts
• Basic Python programming skills
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Fast learner with strong analytical thinking
• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies
• Gain knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems (optional).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Passion for learning and self-improvement
