Responsibilities:
Product Management for Land Loan Services:
• Develop and implement strategies for land loan products tailored to the financial needs of SMEs.
• Conduct market research to understand customer demands, interest rates, loan terms, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute product launch plans and promotional campaigns.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs owners and key clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
• Provide financial advisory services regarding land loans, application processes, and repayment plans to support clients in securing funding.
• Monitor client loan performance and proactively address any financial concerns or payment issues.
Customer Acquisition Strategy:
• Design and implement strategies to expand the client base by targeting SMEs through both online and offline channels.
• Establish partnerships with real estate agents, business associations, and other relevant networks to increase product visibility and attract new clients.
Team Leadership:
• Manage and mentor the product and relationship management team, ensuring they have a deep understanding of land loan products and customer service skills.
• Foster a high-performance culture by providing training, setting clear goals, and monitoring team progress.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Prepare regular reports on product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Use data-driven insights to refine product strategies and relationship management approaches, aiming to boost sales and minimize financial risks.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• 8-10 years of experience in product management or client relationship management, preferably in land loan services or SMEs.
• Strong understanding of land valuation, collateral evaluation, and credit risk assessment.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in building business networks or partnerships within the land loan or microfinance sector is a plus.
