.Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the management and deal with highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Scheduling, prioritizing and confirming meetings, appointments, conference calls and any other related engagements.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• To manage all other administrative duties assigned and event planning, e.g. facilitate and set up team activity & engagement, organizing workshops, conferences, training, meetings and assisting in projects management and activation work.
• To perform operational functions such as report management, create & compile PowerPoint presentations for meetings.
• Support the management team in personal tasks and errands when required.
• Oversee all arrangements for visiting executives when requested, this includes itinerary planning, accommodation, transportation, meeting coordination and support to ensure seamless experience.
• To take care of all existing hotel corporate rates, as well as to source for new corporate rates from renowned hotels to our company’s portfolio.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks / special projects assigned from time to time.
