Key Responsibilities & Critical Success Measures
- Oversee daily operations of Italasia/illy Bangkok, including reporting, purchasing, stock management, and distribution across multiple sites.
- Ensure operational efficiency, quality control, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Manage import and logistics procedures, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant execution.
- Supervise and optimize supplier and shipping agent relationships to guarantee quality and competitiveness.
- Prepare and review reports, forecasts, and budgets; ensure effective P&L management.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align operational priorities with business objectives.
- Drive initiatives to improve workflows, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
- Prepare and execute plan for events , fairs, trade show or any other activity required to present the brand on the market in cooperation with the sales team in Bangkok or upcountry branches.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and food regulations.
- Prepare and manage all sales and marketing reports required by the division Director and top management and monthly and yearly report required by the brand.
-Prepare sellin and sellout and Country Input report for the brand.
- Manage the entire team of the illy department in Bangkok.
illy Caffè Erawan (Secondary Responsibility)
- Manage the outlet’s daily operations, staff scheduling, training, and team motivation.
- Maintain outstanding service quality and customer experience.
- Monitor outlet performance and implement operational and commercial improvements and prepare required reports.
- Handle illy brand liaison, including negotiation and management of franchising mechanisms with the brand.
