หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Responsible for answering guests and agents questions via phone, email, and Line to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
Ensure that all customers receive excellent service from booking to checkout or event completion.
Booking & Reservation Management: Collaborate with the reservations team to handle guest inquiries, booking confirmations, cancellations, and special requests.
Event Support: Work with the operations team to assist in organizing and managing events, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the ground, and addressing any on-the-spot challenges.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align promotions with the overall marketing calendar and strategy.
Collaborate with the finance team about accounting document (invoices, payment and etc.)

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor degree in any field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in admin, coordinator or customer services function.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (in English and local language)
Flexible and Service-minded
Working day: Wed - Sun
Working Hour: 15.00 - 22.00
