Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Brand Marketing Manager to lead, drive, and inspire our marketing team while expanding brand awareness across key markets. This role is central to developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that increase visibility, strengthen brand identity, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate brings a mix of strategic thinking, leadership, and executional excellence.
Responsibilities:
Drive the overall marketing direction and lead the Brand Marketing team to achieve strong brand awareness and market impact.
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies (online & offline) that position the brand effectively and deliver measurable results.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and external partners to execute marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, and promotions.
Lead strategic planning and execution of initiatives to strengthen brand presence in the market and ensure consistency in brand communication (CI).
Manage the company’s digital presence including websites, social media, Line, and email marketing platforms.
Oversee SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and digital advertising campaigns with ongoing performance optimization.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
Deliver data-driven marketing reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
Manage third-party vendors from briefing to execution and quality delivery.
