Marketing
1. Responsible for the delivery and evolution of the marketing strategy and work with the Management Team to implement further developments when necessary.
2. Promote the Kiztopia brand, policies, and core values.
3. Manage the KPIs for marketing campaigns' procedure, implementation, tracking, and measurement.
4. Promote and expand services including, advertising opportunities and recruitment advertising.
5. Actively identify marketing and promotion opportunities.
6. Manage all aspects of production, receipt, and distribution of marketing material.
7. Coordinate market research to identify interest and uptake for current and future membership services.
8. Deliver all marketing activities within the agreed budget and within agreed sustainability criteria.
9. Work with the PR to achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage.
10. Evaluate membership research, package, conditions and competitor data to implement marketing plan and alterations.
11. Develop network of appropriate contacts within the media.
12. Drive growth in advertising sales in publications and recruitment adverts on the website.
Events
1. Help develop events from proposal up to delivery including:
a. Set, communicate, and maintain project timelines and priorities.
b. Develop contacts to secure appropriate and good -value hire.
c. Liaise with external suppliers including caterers, hosts, etc.
d. Organise appropriate sponsorship and co-badging of external events.
e. Work with graphic designers to develop promotional materials.
f. Maintain and update website contents for promotions, events, etc.
g. Implement systems with the administrators to manage invitations, sign-ups, guests list, discounts, etc.
h. Deliver events on time, within budget, that meet or exceeds expectations.
i. Ensure excellent membership services and quality delivery.
j. On-the-day management of events.
2. With input from management each year, develop, maintain and deliver annual plan for events that ensures geographical and sectorial balance, a range of sizes and identify suitable themes.
General
1. Contribute to projects directed by the Management Team.
2. Communicate with stakeholders to drive Company business initiatives.
3. Create and deliver quarterly report on marketing and events including revenue forecast and projection in comparison to previous reports.
