What you'll do
Grinding & Coating (1 Position)
- Receiving and driving production plan to target KPI of dept (Daily, weekly plan)
- Delegated and controller manpower or operator on the responsible in everyday to achieved target (daily plan)
- Make decision first step of quality of product on site and report to every issue has effect and occurred in process to the superior
- Control, confirm subordinate's work to follow standards/procedure and train the new employees about safety and work operation
- Monitor and work with machinery and robots in the production line
- Daily and Weekly machine & production result report to superior
- Employee's operation report and work time report to superior
Inspection (2 Positions)
- Ensure readiness of 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) before, during, and after production
- Monitor production quantity and quality to meet daily targets
- Control and confirm team compliance with standards and procedures
- Troubleshoot and solve machine issues promptly
- Train new employees on safety and operations
- Apply new knowledge and coach team members for better efficiency
- Report machine performance daily and weekly to your superior
- Prepare employee operation and work time reports
- Calibrate and adjust machine parameters during production
Who we're looking for
- Bachelor of Engineering, Majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or other related fields
- At least 2 years' experience in production or manufacturing process (Experience in leading role would be advantage.)
- Willing and able to work in a shift system, with scheduled days off on weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in analyzing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Especially PowerPoint)
- Proficient in English (TOEIC 450+)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Japanese company culture is a plus.
