QA Engineer – QMS & Documentation

• Manage and maintain documentation required for standardization certifications (ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA6.3, etc.).
• Plan, support, and follow up on internal, customer, and third-party audits.
• Analyze and interpret certification standards and conduct QMS gap analyses.
• Prepare quality-related data and reports for management reviews.
• Arrange meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams for process changes and improvements.
• Provide internal consultation and support on QMS compliance and process alignment.
• Track risks and opportunities across all processes from a quality perspective.
• Ensure the QMS aligns with company policy and strategic goals.
• Collaborate regularly with the global team, especially counterparts in Japan.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in QA or quality-related functions. Internship experience is also welcome.
• Strong skills in data organization, analysis, and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and standard business software.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written (TOEIC 600+ preferred).
• Strong work ethic: honest, responsible, and able to handle meticulous tasks daily.
• Open to fresh graduates who are comfortable working with detailed documentation.

What you should expect

• 90–100% of your work will involve documentation and audit readiness.
• This includes maintaining files, preparing audit materials, updating QMS documents, and ensuring compliance records are complete and accurate.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• This is not a product testing or hands-on quality control role.
