
- Coordinate functional groups’ responsibilities and deliverables with respect to process and system initiatives
- Define and gain approval for business requirements, process modeling deliverables, project plans and charters
- Determine project cost and project timing based on scope and complexity of the project • Track, develop and create release calendar for project implementation
- Track each project schedule and create a project plan can Lead projects
- Create & Maintain Plan and Create and Maintain project budget
- Identify required resource and any gaps and can Track deliverables against plan
- Maintain and manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues & Dependencies)
- Provide regular status updates
- Attend Steering meetings and obtain decisions where required
- Hold regular project team meetings
- Identify and Manage key stakeholders
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in IT, Com Science or MBA with IT knowledge
- Experience with project management 5 years
- Experience with Business Change management and Special qualification in Lean Six Sigma
