JacksonGrantJacksonGrant- Overall responsible for the finance team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports including taxation, corporate secretarial, sales, taxes and other management reports in compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
- Act as key business partner to all the business functions and support their business case scenarios.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning, working closely with key business head to ensure quality of forecasts and budgets.
- Develop key matrices for measuring performances of various business units and financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Work with the operations team to build optimal and automated finance processes.
- Establish, implement and ensure effectiveness and compliance of financial policies and procedures.
- Work closely with management on business strategies and plan, business performances and ad hoc projects.
- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
- Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
- Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities.
- Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies.
- Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations.
- Report to the CFO in Singapore with timely and accurate financial information.
- Assist the Managing Director in presenting reports to stakeholders and the board members in Singapore.
- 10-15 years' experience in Finance and Accounting with at least 4 years of managerial experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and should also be confident in dealing with senior management or varied stakeholders
- Strong understanding of tax codes and laws
- Strategic and business minded finance professional with a good track record of leadership.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Pro-active leader and team player who is both a task master and yet people oriented.
