Our client is a leading manufacturing company based in Ayutthaya. They are seeking a Customer Service Senior Manager and reporting directly to Global Customer Service Director, the chosen candidate will oversee various functions, including sales support, order management, coordination of work schedules, document preparation, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in customer service, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Process sales orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate and expedite workflow according to production schedules.
- Prepare sales documents and reports using MS Office.
- Issue quotations and purchase orders for customers.
- Provide support to existing customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Handle incoming calls and perform general administrative tasks.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and maintain communication with clients.
- Monitor master schedules and track deliveries, providing updates to customers.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers.
- Gather necessary documents to support the accounting department.
- Report to the Sales Director on sales-related activities.
- Issue quotations promptly upon receiving sales advice and follow up until purchase order (PO) is received.
- Communicate with order management and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow up on consigned material delivery schedules and inform order management.
- Monitor shipment plans and proactively inform customers of any schedule changes.
- Focus on outstanding order balances and follow up to obtain commitment from order management.
- Update PO status and communicate with customers regarding small quantity outstanding balances.
- Update part statuses from sample to mass production by requesting part number changes.
- Monitor inventory status, provide reports to customers, and process returns of consigned material.
- Update sales forecasts monthly for regional sales.
- Prepare monthly sales figure reports.
- Issue return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) and coordinate necessary actions for replacements or credit/debit notes.
