1.Vendor management: source, identify and evaluate vendors, domestic and support contract negotiations to ensure optimal cost, quality, and reliability.
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with sale to facilitate negotiation and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
3.Cost-Analysis: conduct cost analyses to identify areas for potential savings and implement cost-effective procurement strategies.
4.Analyze, and evaluate decisions regarding sourcing and transactional, Processes, policies, strategies, and projects
5.Develop and maintain strong relationships with all connected logistics processes.
6.To support transport team (Urgent case)
7.Maintain transport rate support current project
8.To Support new project and Implement
9.Review vendor quotation
1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in Overseas Purchasing, Import-Export, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
5. Problem Solving skills. Coordination Skills.
