- Actively learn from experienced chefs to build knowledge of Thai flavors, techniques, and presentation, with a focus on continuous improvement and professionalism.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members and assist across stations when necessary to maintain efficient operations during busy periods.
- Assist with checking ingredient quality and quantity, receiving supplies, and reporting low stock or spoilage to senior chefs to ensure consistent kitchen readiness.
