เป้าหมายของตำแหน่งนี้: เพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าหรือชิ้นงานที่ตรงตามข้อตกลงทั้งในด้านคุณภาพและระยะเวลาการส่งมอบ โดยดำเนินงานผ่านภารกิจหลักดังต่อไปนี้:
1. วางแผนการผลิตอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ : จัดทำและดูแลข้อมูล BOM (Bill of Materials), Routing และไฟล์แบบงานที่ใช้ในการผลิต (เช่น Drawing, CAD, โปรแกรมเครื่องจักร)
2. ควบคุมและติดตามกระบวนการผลิต (Shopfloor) : ให้การผลิตเป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนด พร้อมจัดการทรัพยากรอย่างเหมาะสม
3. วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการผลิต : ใช้แนวคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์เพื่อค้นหาสาเหตุของปัญหา และจัดการได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
4. ดำเนินการป้องกันปัญหาซ้ำซ้อน : โดยการจัดทำและติดตาม Corrective Action (CAR) เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้ปัญหาเกิดซ้ำในอนาคต

Key Objective: To ensure customers receive products that fully meet agreed quality and delivery timelines, through the following key responsibilities:
1. Effective Production Planning : Prepare and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM), Routing, and all necessary production-ready files (e.g., drawings, CAD files, machine programs).
2. Shop-floor Control and Monitoring : Ensure production operations align with the production plan while optimizing available resources.
3. Analytical Problem Solving During Production : Identify and resolve production issues through a structured, data-driven approach.
4. Preventive Actions and Continuous Improvement : Implement and follow up on Corrective Action Reviews (CAR) to prevent recurring problems and improve production processes.
