1. Project Coordination & Scheduling
- Assist in planning and scheduling solar PV and EV charger installation projects to ensure timely execution.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and dependencies to proactively address any delays.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales,Engineering, Procurement, and Warehouse) to ensure seamless project handover and execution.
- Maintain an up-to-date project tracking system to monitor real-time progress.
2. Team Oversight & Resource Management
- Support the Operation Manager in supervising and coordinating the Residential, EV Charging, Retail, and Warehouse teams to ensure clear roles and responsibility.
- Monitor workload distribution among engineers, supervisors, and site teams to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure the availability of required materials, tools, and equipment by coordinating with the Warehouse team.
- Identify and escalate any staffing or resource constraints that could impact project timelines.
3. Process Improvement & Standardization
- Assist in the development and implementation of SOPs for project execution, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Ensure all teams adhere to company guidelines and installation best practices.
- Collect and analyze data from previous projects to suggest process improvements and reduce inefficiencies.
- Support the Operation Manager in rolling out digital tools or platforms to enhance project tracking and management.
4. Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation
- Proactively identify potential risks (technical, resource-related, or logistical) that could impact project success.
- Work closely with site supervisors and project engineers to resolve on-site issues and prevent project delays.
- Report major project roadblocks to the Operation Manager with recommended solutions.
- Ensure teams adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards to prevent workplace incidents.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly progress reports for the Operation Manager, highlighting project status, issues, and resource needs.
- Maintain accurate records of project changes, site reports, and quality control checklists.
- Support in reviewing supplier and subcontractor performance based on project execution outcomes.
6. Customer Experience & Handover
- Ensure projects meet customer requirements and expectations by monitoring quality and service delivery.
- Assist in preparing and verifying handover documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with the site teams to resolve any customer concerns during and after installation.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Help develop and enforce a structured feedback process to enhance service quality and efficiency.
