- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and solve those problems
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customer and other professionals, such as software developers
- Priorities and manage many open cases at one time
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Bachelor and / or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Network Design
- Knowledge on general Server architecture and basic Infrastructure Design
- Knowledge on computer systems and networks in organization
- Knowledge in general installing and configuring computer system
- 3+ years experience in and IT technical support role / Information Technology
- Logical thinker
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Up-to-date technical knowledge
