Job Summary:
The Head of Production will lead and oversee all aspects of production operations in a continuous process industry. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production planning, process optimization, and quality management while fostering a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will leverage their 15+ years of experience in process industries, combined with strong leadership and analytical skills, to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

1. Production Management:
• Oversee end-to-end production processes to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of products.
• Develop and implement production plans aligned with business objectives to meet volume, quality, and cost targets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
2. Process Optimization:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize resource utilization.
• Leverage data analysis to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions for process optimization.
3. People Management:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Promote teamwork, engagement, and professional growth within the production team.
4. Quality Management:
• Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and address quality issues promptly.
• Develop and implement quality control processes to maintain product consistency and customer satisfaction.
5. Production Planning:
• Oversee production scheduling to meet demand forecasts while optimizing inventory levels.
• Manage capacity planning and resource allocation to minimize bottlenecks and maximize throughput.
• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure the availability of raw materials.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize data analysis tools to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and support decision-making.
