As a Software Quality Assurance (Software Development Process Auditor) you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of automotive software development projects. This position involves performing QA activities at the project level, supporting process improvement initiatives across the organization, and conducting software quality training to raise awareness and reinforce adherence to established processes. You’ll work closely with project teams to promote best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of software engineering standards.
Job Description:
QA Activities at the Project Level
• Focus on QA activities for projects with low to medium complexity, following QA processes and audit criteria
• Act as a process consultant, applying standard processes to assigned projects
• Understand standard processes and provide guidance to project teams through instructions, examples, and explanations
• Communicate project situations to the Quality Assurance/Software Engineering Process teams when process or quality issues arise
• Share lessons learned and follow up on preventive actions related to process and quality issues in projects
• Ensure that non-compliance issues are tracked until closure, including escalating to higher levels when necessary
Organizational Process Improvement
• Provide feedback on process issues found in projects to the process improvement team
Training
• Conduct basic-level training related to software quality to raise awareness and promote process understanding
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience as a Software Development Process Auditor or in a related role
• Good command of both English and Thai
• Strong time management skills
